This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") forms part of the iMeshh Pro Terms of Service. Capitalised terms have the meaning given in the Terms.
iMeshh Pro is a tool for architectural visualisation studios. We expect everyone using the Service — Studio Owners, Studio Members, Clients invited into the Client Portal, recipients of Share Links and Public Visitors — to behave honestly, lawfully and with respect for other users, our staff and third parties.
This AUP applies to all parts of the Service, including the studio dashboard at pro.imeshh.com, the client portal at portal.imeshh.com, the desktop add-on for Blender, the public Gallery, and any APIs we publish.
1. Things you must not do
You must not use the Service to:
Illegal or harmful content
- Upload, post, share or generate any content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, threatening, or that incites violence.
- Upload, post, share or generate child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, terrorism content, content that encourages suicide or self-harm, or other content that constitutes a priority offence under the Online Safety Act 2023 (or equivalent law in your jurisdiction). We will report such content to the relevant authorities, preserve evidence as required, and cooperate fully with any investigation.
- Generate sexualised, suggestive or otherwise harmful imagery of minors, real or synthetic.
- Generate or share deepfakes or other synthetic content depicting identifiable real people without their informed consent, or that is intended to mislead.
- Promote terrorism or extreme violence.
- Encourage, facilitate or instruct on the commission of any criminal offence.
Intellectual property infringement
- Upload, share, train an AI Feature on, or otherwise process content you do not own or have a licence to use, including pirated 3D models, textures, photographs, drawings, software or other copyrighted material.
- Use Marketplace Assets in ways prohibited by Section 11 of the Terms or the shop.imeshh.com Terms and Conditions (including reverse engineering, unauthorised resale, or unrestricted use in videogames, virtual worlds or for physical-product manufacture).
- Strip, alter or obscure copyright, watermark or attribution notices.
- Use the Service to host or distribute counterfeit goods.
Security and abuse of the Service
- Attempt to access another Studio's data, projects, files, accounts or share links without authorisation.
- Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, plan quotas, paywalls, access controls or geographic restrictions.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the Service or the desktop add-on, except to the extent permitted by mandatory law that cannot be excluded by contract.
- Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service or its sub-processors except under a documented, written agreement with iMeshh (responsible disclosure to office@imeshh.com is welcome).
- Use the Service to launch, host or distribute malware, viruses, ransomware, phishing pages or any other malicious code.
- Upload files containing malware or executable payloads designed to compromise iMeshh, other Studios or end users.
Spam, scraping and automation
- Scrape, harvest or systematically download content from the Gallery, the API or any other part of the Service except via documented APIs and within published rate limits.
- Send unsolicited bulk email, comments, follow requests or messages via the Service.
- Use the Service to send marketing communications in breach of applicable e-marketing laws (PECR, the EU ePrivacy Directive, CAN-SPAM, CASL or equivalent).
- Use automated bots, scripts or scrapers in a way that overloads the Service or degrades it for other users.
- Create multiple accounts to evade limits, suspensions or bans, or to game seat add-on pricing.
Misrepresentation and impersonation
- Impersonate another person, studio or organisation, including iMeshh staff.
- Falsely imply that iMeshh endorses you, your work or your services.
- Use the Service to impersonate or misrepresent your relationship with a real-world client.
- Provide false or misleading information to iMeshh in connection with your account or any support, billing or legal request.
Fraud and scams between users
The Service connects users with each other (proposals, the Jobs board, Studio Member invites, the Gallery, Share Links, messaging). Using those connections to defraud or scam another user is prohibited. You must not:
- Post fake job listings, fake Studio profiles, fake invoices or fake deliverables designed to deceive other users into providing money, work or sensitive information.
- Request payment, "deposits", "verification fees", "release fees" or any other charge from another user under false pretenses (including advance-fee schemes, fake refund flows and bait-and-switch arrangements).
- Use the Service to make an introduction to another user and then arrange the transaction off-platform with the intent of defrauding the introduced party, evading our enforcement controls, or harming them in a way that would breach this AUP if it had happened on the Service.
- Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, portfolio, location, affiliations or right to work in order to win work, hire someone or obtain payment.
- Refuse to deliver work that you have been paid for, refuse to pay for work you have received, or otherwise act in bad faith to deprive another user of money or work owed to them.
Conduct of this kind is grounds for immediate suspension or termination without prior notice. Where we have reasonable grounds to believe a user is acting fraudulently we may also notify other users they have interacted with, in order to protect them, and we may report the matter to relevant authorities. See Section 11A of the Terms for the contractual framework.
Privacy and data protection
- Process personal data through the Service without a lawful basis under applicable data-protection law.
- Upload health data, biometric identifiers, government identification numbers, payment card data or other special-category personal data, except where explicitly supported by the Service and you have the lawful basis required.
- Use the Service to facilitate any kind of surveillance, profiling or tracking of individuals without their informed consent.
- Use the data-export feature to extract personal data of third parties in a way that would breach your own data-protection obligations.
Misuse of community features
- Harass, bully, threaten or intimidate other users on showcases, comments, follows, messages or any other community surface.
- Post content designed solely to advertise unrelated products or services.
- Mass-like, mass-comment, mass-follow or otherwise game gallery rankings.
- Coordinate with others to artificially boost or suppress content in the Gallery.
- Use the Client Portal to communicate with people you do not have a genuine professional relationship with.
Misuse of AI Features
- Use AI Features to generate content that breaches any other part of this AUP (for example, infringing imagery, deepfakes of identifiable people without their informed consent, content depicting minors in a sexualised manner, content promoting violence or self-harm).
- Use AI Features to generate content intended to mislead consumers, voters or other people in a way that breaches applicable law (including consumer-protection, election and advertising laws).
- Use AI Features in a way that breaches the licence terms of any third-party model or training data referenced in the AI Feature documentation.
- Use AI Features to extract or recover personal data about identifiable individuals.
Use by minors
- Use the Service if you are under 18, or allow anyone under 18 to use your account, even for educational purposes.

2.1 Report a breach
If you see something on the Service that breaches this AUP, please report it to office@imeshh.com with as much detail as possible (URL, screenshot, why it breaches the AUP). We will acknowledge reports within 2 business days. We treat reports of priority illegal content (child sexual abuse material, terrorism content, non-consensual intimate imagery) as urgent and route them accordingly.
2.2 Our response
If we conclude that the AUP has been breached we may, depending on severity:
- Remove or hide the offending content.
- Issue a written warning.
- Restrict or suspend the relevant Studio Member, Studio or Client.
- Terminate the Subscription and Studio under Section 20 of the Terms.
- Block reposting of substantially similar content.
- Report the matter to law enforcement, regulators or other authorities.
- Preserve evidence and cooperate with investigations.
We aim to give notice and an opportunity to respond before taking action, but may act immediately where law, urgent safety concerns or security require it.
2.3 Appeals
If your content has been removed or your account restricted and you believe this was a mistake, you may appeal by emailing office@imeshh.com within 30 days of the action. We aim to respond to appeals within 10 business days.
2.4 No private right of enforcement
This AUP is between you and iMeshh. Other users of the Service have no contractual right to enforce it directly, but this does not affect any other rights or remedies they may have under law.
