Analytics overview
What the Analytics dashboard shows, who can see it, the period selector, and how to read each of its six sections.
Updated 24 June 2026
Analytics is a single dashboard that pulls together numbers from across your studio â projects, invoices, panoramas, showcases, and storage â into one page you scroll through. You read it; you do not enter anything here. Every figure comes from work you have already done in the other sections.
Open Analytics from the left sidebar. The page is one long view with sections in a fixed order: Project Delivery, Revenue & Invoicing, Showcases & Social, Panorama Tours, Storage, and, on Pro and above, Pro Analytics.
Who can see Analytics
Inside your studio, what you can see depends on your role:
- Owners, admins, and managers can open Analytics. Freelancers (WC legacy) get read-only access.
- Members, viewers, and collaborators cannot â Analytics does not appear for them.
The three Pro-only sections (Time Tracking, Client Health, and AI Studio Usage) need a Pro plan or above on top of this. See Pro Analytics.
Choosing a time period
A row of pills in the page header sets the time window for the page. Click one to change it.
- 7D â the last 7 days
- 30D â the last 30 days (the default when you open the page)
- 90D â the last 90 days
- 12M â the last 12 months
Most sections follow this choice, but three parts always show their own fixed window no matter which pill you pick:
- Storage is always current â it ignores the period entirely.
- The monthly revenue chart always covers the last 12 months.
- The follower growth chart in Showcases & Social always covers the last 30 days.
Reading the stat cards
Each section opens with a row of stat cards â a label, a number, and sometimes a smaller line of detail underneath. Cards change colour to flag attention:
- Red marks something that needs action â an overdue deadline, an invoice well past due, a token balance running out.
- Amber marks an early warning â work awaiting approval, a payment getting close to overdue.
- An up or down arrow on the Avg Revisions card shows how that figure has moved over the chosen period.
The rest of this page walks through the five sections everyone on a paid plan sees. The Pro-only sections have their own page.
Project Delivery
Project Delivery is the top section. It tells you how your live work is moving through the studio.
The five cards are:
- Active Projects â projects currently in progress
- Awaiting Approval â deliverables marked ready for review, waiting on a client. The smaller line shows how many days the longest-waiting one has sat there. This card turns amber when anything is waiting.
- Overdue â active projects whose deadline has passed. This card turns red when the count is above zero. A project with no deadline set is never counted as overdue.
- Avg Revisions â the average number of revision rounds per deliverable, with an arrow showing the trend over the period.
- Completed â projects finished in the period.
A donut chart beside the cards breaks your projects down by status, so you can see at a glance how much is active versus finished.
Revenue & Invoicing
Revenue & Invoicing shows the money side, drawn from your invoices. All amounts are in pounds (ÂŖ).
The four cards are:
- Collected â money paid to you in the period
- Outstanding â invoiced money you are still owed
- Overdue â owed money that is past its due date
- Avg Payment Time â the average number of days clients take to pay
Below the cards, a bar chart stacks Collected (green) against Outstanding (yellow) month by month. This chart always covers the last 12 months, even if you pick 7D or 30D above â only the cards follow the period.
Under the chart, an Accounts Receivable table lists unpaid and overdue invoices with the days each has been outstanding. Rows turn amber at 30 days or more and red at 60 days or more, so the invoices to chase first sit at the top of your attention.
Showcases & Social
Showcases & Social rolls up how your published work is doing in the community Gallery.
The six cards are Portfolio Views, Total Likes, Saves, Comments, Followers, and New Followers.
Two charts sit below:
- A follower growth line that always covers the last 30 days, whatever period you pick.
- A bar chart of your top six showcases by views and likes, so you can see which work pulls the most attention.
Panorama Tours
Panorama Tours measures how your published 360 tours are being viewed.
The four cards are:
- Total Views â every view across your tours in the period
- Published Tours â how many of your tours are live
- Avg Views / Tour â total views divided by tour count
- Most Viewed â your single most-watched tour, named on the smaller line
A line chart shows the view trend over time, and a Tours by Views table lists your top tours with their status â published tours show in green.
Storage
Storage shows how much of your plan's space you are using. This section is always current and ignores the period pills.
- A usage bar shows used space against your plan's limit in GB. The bar runs blue, then amber as you fill up, then red when space is tight.
- A category breakdown donut splits your space across Project Files, Deliverables, Comment Attachments, Gallery, Panoramas, and Mood Boards, so you can see what is taking the room.
The trash line
When you have recently deleted files, a trash line appears under the bar showing how much deleted data is still held, with a "purges in N days" countdown.
The drift indicator
Now and then an amber information icon appears next to the Used figure.
This means the running total and the sum of your files differ slightly. Point at the icon and a note explains that a daily check will reconcile the figure within 24 hours. You do not need to do anything â the number corrects itself.
