Subscribe from your calendar app

You can pull your iMeshh deadlines into the calendar app you already use, so project deadlines, task due dates, and the rest show up next to your personal events. You set this up once in Settings, and your calendar app keeps it up to date on its own.

What the subscription includes

The feed carries the same dated items you see on My Calendar: project deadlines, task due dates, invoice due dates, quote expiry, and showcase publishes. It covers a window of roughly three months back and three months forward.

The link is private to you. Each person creates their own, and it only shows what that person is allowed to see in your studio. Don't share your link — anyone who has it can see your feed.

Create your subscription link

1. Open Settings.
2. Scroll to the Calendar subscription card.
3. Click the button to create your link.

Once it's created, the card shows three buttons to add the feed to a calendar app, plus a record of your active subscription.

Add the feed to your calendar app

Pick the button that matches the app you use:

• Add to Google — opens Google Calendar and adds the feed
• Add to Apple Calendar — opens Apple Calendar to add the feed
• Copy URL — copies the link so you can paste it into Outlook or any other app that subscribes to a calendar URL

You can hold one link at a time

Each person keeps a single active link. Creating a new one replaces the old, and the old link stops working straight away. So if a device is lost or you want to start fresh, create a new link — everything still using the old one will need the new link added again.

After a link sits unused for a long time, iMeshh retires it on its own and you create a fresh one when you need it.

Stop a subscription

To switch off the feed everywhere at once, remove your subscription from the Calendar subscription card. Every app using your link stops receiving updates.
