Changelog
Recent releases, new features, and notable changes to iMeshh Pro.
Updated 13 June 2026
Notable changes ship into iMeshh Pro continuously. This page collects the headline items so you can scan a month at a glance. Per-module pages always reflect current behaviour. Start there if you need details.

Dashboard refresh
The dashboard has been reorganised so it leads with what's happening, not a wall of tasks. A new "What's new" band sits up top, with community showcases on one shelf and the newest assets on another, followed by a tidier two-column work area for your tasks, activity and messages.
Tasks & comments
- Task notifications open the task. Click a "you've been assigned" or "new comment" notification and it takes you straight to that task, instead of dropping you on the project list.
- Multi-image comments get a proper viewer. Open an image on a comment with several attachments and step through them with the on-screen arrows or your keyboard's left/right keys.
- Edit and delete task comments directly from both the task list and the task drawer.

Desktop app
- Drag and drop works again across the desktop app: reorder table columns, move kanban cards, and rearrange mood boards. Ships in v0.2.12; the app updates itself.
- A download that errored (for example, no folder set yet) can now be retried without restarting the app.
Assets
- Category counts now update correctly when you switch between Blender and D5. No more refreshing to get the right numbers.
Plans & pricing
- Client limit raised to 100 on Free Trial and Pro.
- The founding 30%-off pricing now shows on the in-app plans screen, matching what you see at checkout.

Invoicing & proposals
- Discounts and tax now show in the invoice summary, not just on the individual lines.
- Converting an accepted proposal drops you straight into the invoice editor, so you can add emails or details before it goes out.
- Proposal expiry dates no longer read a day late in the client email.
- Rate cards: add estimated hours when creating an item, and edit item descriptions properly.
Showcases & feed
- New showcase drafts appear in your list immediately, no refresh needed.
- Liking a showcase behaves itself; rapid clicks no longer throw the count off.

Proposals & invoicing redesign
A redesign pass across quotes and invoicing: cleaner conversion from an accepted proposal into an invoice, package-aware pricing so multi-tier quotes bill the right tier, and a batch of rounding and discount corrections so the totals always tie out.

Shared list views
Save a custom task view (filters, sorting, columns) and share it with clients in the project portal. Multiple views can be exposed side-by-side via a tabbed switcher, so a client can flip between "Approved this week" and "Open with my name on it" without you setting up two separate share links.
Tasks now sit alongside Deliverables, Discussion and Files in the portal's project view.

Tasks
- Inline comment popover lives on every task row. Drop a quick note without opening the task sheet. Pasting images straight into the popover is supported.
- Real-time project-chat badge now updates instantly instead of lagging up to thirty seconds.
- Large task lists are virtualised. Paste 1,500 tasks from a ClickUp export and the list still scrolls at full frame rate.
Fixes
- Task list header no longer jitters during fast scroll, and rows stop leaking through the sticky toolbar.
- Three support-bubble notification quirks ironed out (overlap, crash on AI replies, stuck unread counts).
- Projects calendar now respects the active folder filter.
- Task importer scopes external-id deduping to the project, not the whole studio, so re-importing the same ClickUp sheet into a different project no longer collides.

AI-first support
A new help bubble sits in the bottom-right of every page. Ask anything, like "how do I change the deliverable approval threshold?" or "where do I add a freelancer to a project?", and the AI answers from the docs. If it can't, your question lands in our admin inbox.
The same bubble doubles as direct messages: ping anyone in your studio without switching tabs. Admins get a unified support inbox with an outbound composer and full email roundtrip. When a user replies to a support email from their inbox, the reply threads back onto the same ticket.
Live activity sidebar
An always-on right panel aggregates project events, calendar updates, the social feed and showcases into one stream. Recognises fifty-plus action types with meaningful icons and verbs; thumbnails render inline for showcases and feed posts. Pushes content to the side instead of overlaying, so nothing is hidden underneath.
Tasks (continued)
- Sticky toolbar pins the view-mode toggle and filter bar with the column headers as you scroll.
- "Assigned to me" filter chip on the task list.
- Delete option in every status / assignee / priority dropdown popover.
Complimentary seats
Studios can be granted unlimited free team members directly from the platform, useful for partner studios, contractors, or trial expansions without billing churn. Granted from the admin panel; no Stripe change required.

Deliverables
- Drag and drop a new version straight onto the deliverable sheet. Uploads start immediately and the version chain updates in place.
- In-page PDF preview in the file sheet, so no more "download to view".
- Image deliverables get zoom + pan with annotations following the transform; video deliverables show a loading overlay during buffer / version swap so a black-frame moment doesn't get mistaken for a broken file.
Docs
Eight new module overview pages landed: Settings, Calendar, Quotes, Time Tracking, Clients, Invoices, Messages, Client Review. Plus deep dives on Projects sharing, the Business tab, deliverables, tasks, folders, and discussion threads.

Lists
Group projects in the sidebar by category: active, archived, custom buckets like "London" / "US" / "Q4 deliveries". Lists are per-studio; reorder freely.
Task importer
Drop a ClickUp xlsx export straight into the importer wizard. Includes custom-field columns mapped to your custom field definitions, with a drag-drop UI for matching source columns to platform fields. Sort order from the source spreadsheet is preserved.
A few extras while we were in there:
- Search defaults to parent tasks; "Include subtasks" toggle reveals nested rows.
- "Collapse all" / "Expand all" buttons in the task list (ClickUp parity).
- Search + Include-subtasks + collapse-all no longer duplicates subtask rows.
Performance
Project, task, client, jobs, deliverable-review, billing, and four other stores migrated to a unified paginated loader. Page loads stay fast even on studios with hundreds of records.
May 11–12, 2026
Upload tray
A unified upload widget that follows you across the app. Drag files anywhere (deliverable sheet, file grid, client discussion, portal) and they land in the shared tray with progress bars and per-file retry. Logging out cancels in-flight uploads and clears the tray.
Share-link subscribers
Clients viewing a share link can subscribe for version-release emails. When you publish a new version, anyone subscribed gets a notification with a one-click access link. Studio admins can list and revoke subscribers from the share-link settings.
Fixes
- 360 viewer 404 fixed (two latent bugs, one fix per layer).
- Comment-attachment thumbnails get freshly-signed URLs at request time so they never expire mid-session.
- Deliverable card overflow + floor plan minimap aspect-ratio quirks corrected.

Calendar (new module)
The biggest landing of the month. A full calendar at /calendar showing tasks, projects, invoices, quotes and showcases as overlayable sources, each one toggleable off independently. A few specifics:
- Optional due times on tasks, with timezone-aware reminder anchors. Set a 10:30 due time on a task and a reminder fires at the local time of whoever's getting it.
- "My Week" aggregator surfaces everything coming up for you across all five sources in a single read.
- iCal feed export: paste your personal feed URL into Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook and it auto-refreshes.
- Per-event reminders write through to platform notifications and respect your plan tier.
Accounts
- Secondary notification email available on Pro and above for studios where the primary inbox isn't always monitored.
