Moving from shop.imeshh.com

How existing shop.imeshh.com customers bring their account and subscription across to iMeshh Pro — signing in with the same email or Google, what carries over automatically, downloading free assets, and where to manage a legacy subscription.

Asset downloads have moved from the old shop.imeshh.com to iMeshh Pro. If you bought iMeshh before Pro launched, this page shows how to bring your account across. It only takes one sign-in.

Set up your Pro account with your shop email

iMeshh Pro is a new system with its own sign-in, so your old shop.imeshh.com password won't work here — you first create a Pro account. Use the same email address you used at shop.imeshh.com, and your subscription links to it automatically.

Two ways to set it up:

  • Sign up with email — go to pro.imeshh.com/signup, enter your shop email, and choose a new password. (The login page also shows an "Existing iMeshh subscriber? Sign up" prompt that brings you here.)
  • Continue with Google — choose Google on the sign-in page, using the same email as your shop account.

Either way, your account is created and your subscription links automatically — you can download straight away.

Signing the Blender addon in with Google

Google sign-in can't happen inside Blender, so the addon uses a quick browser step:

  1. In the addon's Login window, click Sign in with Google. Your browser opens the iMeshh sign-in page.
  2. Sign in with Google (same email as your shop account).
  3. The page shows a one-time code. Copy it.
  4. Paste the code back into the addon and confirm.

Once you've set up your Pro account (above), email-and-password users can sign in directly in the addon's Login window with that new password — only Google needs the browser step.

What carries over

  • Your subscription and downloads. Your paid access moves with you — the full Asset Library and Blender integration work exactly as before.
  • Free assets stay free. You can download any asset with a FREE badge without a subscription — the same as on the old site. A free account is all you need.

Naming your studio

The first time you open the pro.imeshh.com dashboard, we'll ask you to name your studio. Until you do, it shows a placeholder like "Your Name's Studio". This is a one-time step, and it doesn't affect downloading — you can keep using the addon before or after.

Managing your existing (legacy) subscription

Your original subscription is still billed and managed on the old site. To update your payment method, view invoices, or cancel your legacy plan:

Do I have to start a trial?

No. Your existing subscription already gives you the library — there's nothing to start. As an existing customer you can begin a 3-month Pro trial to try the rest of iMeshh Pro (projects, deliverables, invoicing) from Settings → Billing, but it's optional, and it isn't needed to download assets.
