360 Tours overview
What 360 Tours is, who can use it, the editor layout, and how to create your first tour.
Updated 24 June 2026
360 Tours is a builder for multi-scene 360-degree panorama tours, built into your studio dashboard. You upload your panorama images, build scenes, link them with clickable hotspots, add interactive material options, overlay a floorplan, apply your branding, and publish the finished tour at a public link your client can open in any browser.
Who can use it
What you can do depends on your role inside your studio:
- Open a tour and view it — any member with access to the tour
- Create a tour — Managers and above
- Edit scenes, hotspots, layers, and branding — anyone who can edit the tour
- Publish or unpublish a tour — Managers and above
- Delete a tour — Owners and admins only
The number of tours your studio can have at once depends on your plan. When you reach the limit, the New Tour button is replaced with an at-limit message until you delete a tour or move to a higher plan. These per-plan tour limits only apply once 360 Tours leaves private beta; access is currently allowlist-gated, not plan-gated.
The tour list
Open 360 Tours from the sidebar to see every tour in your studio.
From the tour list you can:
- Switch the view — use the grid and list icons at the top right to swap between tile cards and a table with Status, Name, Slug, and Created columns
- Filter by status — use the All, Draft, and Published tabs to show only tours in that state
- Search — type in the Search tours... field to match a tour by name or description
- Organise into folders — use the folder sidebar on the left, or drag a tour onto a folder to file it
Each tour shows a Draft or Published badge. A tour stays a draft, and stays private, until you publish it.
The tour card menu
Each tile has a menu for the actions you take on a whole tour.
The menu holds:
- Edit — open the tour in the editor
- View Public — open the published tour in a new tab (works once the tour is published)
- Move to folder — file the tour under one of your folders
- Delete — remove the tour (Owners and admins only)
Create a tour
- Click New Tour at the top right of the 360 Tours page.
- Type a Name for the tour, such as
Modern Kitchen. - Check the Slug. It fills in automatically from the name and becomes part of the public link. Edit it if you want a shorter or cleaner address.
- Add a Description if you want one. It's for your own reference and doesn't show in the viewer.
- Click Create. The tour opens straight into the editor.
The editor layout
Every tour opens in a full-screen editor with three areas:
- Scenes panel (left) — the list of scenes in the tour. Add, rename, reorder, and delete scenes here.
- Viewer (centre) — a live preview of the scene you're working on. Drag to look around; what you see here is what your client sees.
- Right panel — a row of tabs that switch what you're editing: Base, Library, Hotspot, Layers, Floor, Brand, and Settings.
The top bar shows the tour name and slug, plus two buttons:
- Preview — opens the tour as a visitor would see it
- Export — opens the share and embed options
What's next
