Signing in to the Blender add-on

How to sign in to the iMeshh Blender add-on with email and password or with Google, and how to fix a login that's rejected — including why an old shop.imeshh.com password won't work. Signing in is separate from the Bridge connection.

Signing in is about your account — it's what lets the add-on download assets for you. It is not the same as the Bridge.

Two ways to sign in

In the add-on's Login window:

  • Email and password — enter your iMeshh email and password and click Login.
  • Sign in with Google — Google can't sign in inside Blender, so it uses a quick browser step:
    1. Click Sign in with Google. Your browser opens the iMeshh sign-in page.
    2. Sign in with Google.
    3. The page shows a one-time code. Copy it.
    4. Paste the code back into the add-on and confirm.

My login is rejected

Work through these in order:

  1. Coming from the old shop.imeshh.com? Your old shop password won't work on iMeshh Pro — it's a new system. You need to create a Pro account with the same email first (or use Google). See Moving from shop.imeshh.com. This is the most common cause.
  2. Signed up with Google? Then there's no password to type — use Sign in with Google, not the email/password fields. Setting a password only works if you created one at pro.imeshh.com.
  3. Double-check the email and password. Try signing in on the website at pro.imeshh.com/login with the same details. If that fails too, reset your password with Forgot password? there, then use the new password in the add-on.
  4. Google code didn't work? Make sure you're signed in with the same email as your subscription, and use a fresh code (they expire in 5 minutes and work once).

I signed in, but I can't download

If sign-in works but paid assets show Subscribe to Download, that's a subscription question, not a login one:

  • Make sure you signed in with the same email as your subscription — that's how your plan is matched.
  • Free assets (FREE badge) download on any plan; paid assets need an active paid plan.

Still can't sign in?

Contact support through the help bubble and tell us: the email you're using, which sign-in method you tried (email/password or Google), and whether it also fails on the website at pro.imeshh.com/login. That's usually enough to pin down the cause.

What's next
