Manage your showcases

The My Showcases list, publishing and unpublishing, deleting a showcase, and the publish calendar.

The My Showcases tab is where you manage everything you've created — drafts and published showcases together. This page covers the management list, the actions on each row, and the publish Calendar.

The My Showcases list

Open Showcases and go to the My Showcases tab. Each showcase appears as a row showing its cover, title, status, and its view, like, comment, and save counts.

A showcase is always in one of these states:

  • Draft — created but not on the Gallery. Only your studio can see it.
  • Published — live on the Gallery for everyone to see.
  • Featured — published and picked out by the iMeshh team. It carries a Staff Pick badge. You cannot set this yourself.

If you haven't created any showcases yet, the tab shows a "No showcases yet" message with a button to create your first one.

Open, publish, or unpublish

Click a row to open that showcase's edit page, where you can change it and publish or unpublish it:

  • Publish a draft to send it to the Gallery. You need a title, a category, and at least one image. See Save a draft or publish.
  • Unpublish a live showcase to take it off the Gallery and return it to draft. Your images, details, and comments are kept.

A published or featured row also has an inline Unpublish (eye-off) icon, so you can take a showcase off the Gallery straight from the list without opening its edit page.

Delete a showcase

To remove a showcase for good:

  1. Find the showcase in the My Showcases list.
  2. Click its delete icon. An inline Delete? Yes / No prompt appears on the row.
  3. Click Yes to confirm, or No to cancel.

Calendar

The Calendar tab shows a month grid with your showcases marked on the dates they were published. It's a quick way to see your publishing history at a glance.

To open a showcase from the calendar, click its entry on the grid — its edit page opens. Dates use your preferred time zone.
