The job board

The Jobs section is a job board for architectural visualisation work, built into your studio dashboard. Studios post freelance gigs and full-time roles; members of other subscribed studios browse those posts and apply. iMeshh Pro is the noticeboard that connects the two sides — it does not handle money, contracts, or the work itself.

Who can use it

Jobs is part of the Lite, Pro, and Enterprise plans. If your studio is on Free or a Freelancer Legacy plan, the Jobs entry does not appear in the sidebar.

What you can do depends on your role inside your studio:

• Apply to a role — any member can browse and apply (Viewers and Collaborators cannot apply)
• Post a role — Managers and above
• Review applicants and move them through stages — Managers and above
• Mark a hire — Owners and admins only

Two sides of the board

Everything in Jobs falls into one of two jobs you might be doing:

• Finding work — browse open roles, read a post, apply, and track your applications. See Finding and applying for work.
• Hiring — post a role, manage it through its life, review who applies, and pick someone. See Posting a role and hiring.

You can do both. Posting a role and applying to someone else's role are independent — one studio can be hiring for one project and applying for another at the same time.

You always post as your own studio

A job is always posted under your home studio — the studio you signed up with and own. If you've been invited into another studio as a member, you still post under your own studio, not theirs. The studio name on a post is who the applicant is dealing with.

Moderation: new posts are checked first

New posts do not go live the moment you publish them. Each one is reviewed by the iMeshh team before it appears in the board for other studios to see.

• After you publish, the post sits in review and is hidden from the board. You see a Submitted for moderation message.
• Once approved, the post goes live and starts collecting applications. The poster gets an email.
• If rejected, you get an email explaining why, and you can edit and resubmit.

Studios that iMeshh has verified skip the wait — their posts go live straight away. Verification is granted by the iMeshh team; there's no button to request it.

Blind apply: names hidden until you shortlist

By default, applicants apply blind — the poster sees the application, but not the applicant's name, portfolio, or reel until the poster shortlists them. This lets people apply without their current studio or clients seeing it.

• As an applicant, you control this. Turn on Reveal my identity at any time from your application to show your name straight away.
• As a poster, you see each applicant's specialties from the start (they help you triage), but the name and links stay hidden until you move the applicant to Shortlist or later — unless they chose to reveal themselves.

What the board does not do

To set expectations, these are deliberately out of scope:

• No payments, escrow, or fees — money is handled off-platform between the two parties
• No contracts or e-signatures
• No public listings — every post is visible only to subscribed members, not the open web
• No saved-search email alerts — browse and filter live; there's no alert when a new matching role is posted
• No recruiter or agency accounts — you post for your own studio only
