Invoice settings
Set your business and bank details, invoice defaults and logo, automatic proforma or invoice creation on accepted quotes, the proposal email, and overdue reminders.
Updated 23 June 2026
The Invoice Settings page holds the details that appear on every invoice, the defaults new invoices start from, and the automation that creates documents for you. Set it up once and every invoice picks it up.
Your business and bank details
These details print on every invoice you raise.
- Business details â your studio's name, address, and contact details, shown at the top of the invoice.
- Bank information â the account details your client pays into, shown so they know where to send payment.
- Registration â your company and tax registration numbers, where your invoices need to show them.
Fill these in before you send your first invoice, so your client knows who is billing them and how to pay.
Defaults
Defaults pre-fill each new invoice. You can still change any of them on the invoice itself.
- Numbering â set the next invoice number and the next proforma number. Each series counts up on its own, so invoices and proformas never share a number.
- Template style â choose the template new invoices start with: Clean, Classic, Modern, or Creative. Change it per invoice when you need to.
- Terms â set the default payment terms text that fills the Terms area on a new invoice.
Your invoice logo
Upload a logo to print on your invoices.
Automation: create a document when a quote is accepted
Choose what happens on its own when a client accepts a quote.
Pick one:
- Do nothing automatically â no document is created; you raise the invoice yourself.
- Auto-create a draft proforma â a draft proforma is created from the accepted quote, ready for you to check and send.
- Auto-create a draft invoice â a draft invoice is created from the accepted quote, ready for you to check and send.
Whichever you pick, the document is created as a Draft. Nothing is sent to your client until you send it.
The proposal email
Set the email your client receives when you send them a proposal.
- Subject and body â write the email's subject line and message.
- Placeholders â drop in
{{studioName}},{{quoteName}},{{total}}, or{{validUntil}}and each is filled with the real value when the email is sent. - About your studio â write the short studio description shown to clients on your proposal pages.
Overdue reminders
When a sent invoice or a sent proposal goes past its due date, iMeshh Pro can send a reminder.
- Overdue invoice reminders â your studio gets an email nudge to chase an unpaid invoice.
- Unviewed proposal reminders â your studio gets an email when a sent proposal has not been opened by the client after a set number of days.
