Branding, publishing, and sharing
Apply your colours and logo, link a tour to a project, publish it, and share the public link or embed it on your own site.
Updated 24 June 2026
Once your scenes, hotspots, and layers are in place, this page covers the finishing touches: your studio's look, linking the tour to a project, publishing it, and getting the link or embed code to your client. Open the tour in the editor first.
Branding your tour
The Brand tab controls how the viewer looks so a published tour matches your studio rather than iMeshh. Every change is grouped into a collapsible section.
- Click the Brand tab in the right panel.
- Click a section heading to expand it and adjust its controls.
- Click Save to keep your changes, or the reset control to return to the defaults.
The sections you can adjust:
- Colors â your Primary, Secondary, and Accent colours, used across the viewer
- Logo â your logo's link, its Position in a corner, and its offset and size
- Overlay Panel â the look of the panels that sit over the view, including background, opacity, blur, text colour, and corners
- Swatches â the shape, size, and border of the colour choices in the layer bar
- Hotspots â the colour, scale, and tooltip look of your hotspot markers
- Floorplan â the minimap's position, waypoint size, and which way-facing indicator it uses (corner compass, location compass, or a view cone)
- Scene Navigation â whether the scene strip shows as a drawer or as tabs, how many columns it uses, and whether it shows the tour name
Link a tour to a project
You can connect a tour to one of your studio's projects. Linking it adds the tour to that project as a 360 Tour deliverable, so it shows up alongside the project's other work and follows the project team's access.
- Click the Settings tab in the right panel.
- Open the Project dropdown and choose a project.
To unlink, set the Project dropdown back to No project. The deliverable is removed from the project.
The Settings tab also holds the tour's Name and Description, its Slug (shown for reference; it doesn't change here), and a Folder to file it under. Click Save Changes after editing the name or description.
Publish the tour
A tour stays a draft, and stays private, until you publish it. Only a published tour can be opened at its public link.
- Click the Settings tab.
- Find the Status row. It shows a Draft or Published badge.
- Click Publish. The badge changes to Published and the public link goes live.
To take a tour offline, return to the Status row and click Unpublish. The public link stops working until you publish again.
Share the public link
Once a tour is published, the Export button on the top bar gives you everything you need to share it.
Click Export to open the share options. The dialog always shows a Direct Link with a copy button â that's the full address of your tour, ready to send to a client or open in any browser. No sign-in is needed to view it.
Embed the tour on your own site
The Export dialog also gives you code to drop the tour into your own website:
- Iframe â set a Width and Height, then click Copy Embed Code to copy a snippet that displays the tour in a frame on your page
- Script Tag â click Copy Script Tag to copy a snippet that loads the tour through a small script instead
Paste the copied code into your site where you want the tour to appear.
What's next
- 360 Tours overview â the tour list, roles, and the editor layout
- Building your tour â scenes, base images, and hotspots
- Layers and floorplan â interactive material options and the floorplan minimap
