Beta

The iMeshh Pro docs are in beta — we update them as the product evolves. Some screenshots and details may be slightly out of date. If anything here doesn't match what you see in the app, what's in the app is right. Spot something off? Let us know.

Templates, libraries, and analytics

Reuse proposal templates, build a testimonials library and an FAQ library, and read your acceptance figures in the Analytics tab.

Updated 23 June 2026

The Templates, Testimonials, FAQ, and Analytics tabs hold the reusable parts of your proposals and the figures behind them. This page covers all four.

Templates

The Templates tab holds proposal shapes you reuse. It has two sections.

  • Starter Templates — proposal templates iMeshh provides. To use one, click Fork into my templates. A copy lands in My Templates that you can edit.
  • My Templates — templates your studio has saved. Click Use template on any of them to start a new proposal from it.

To save a proposal you've built as a template, open it and click Save as template.

You can also start a proposal from a template without opening this tab — use the From template dropdown next to New Proposal on the My Proposals tab.

Testimonials

The Testimonials tab is a library of client quotes you can attach to any proposal. Build it once and reuse the quotes across proposals.

To add a testimonial:

  1. Click Add first testimonial (or the add button if you already have some).
  2. Type the Quote and the Author name — both are required.
  3. Add a job title and company if you have them — both are optional, and both make the quote more credible.
  4. Click Create.

Attach a testimonial to a proposal from inside the builder. See Building and pricing a proposal.

FAQ

The FAQ tab is a library of reusable questions and answers. Add the questions clients ask most, then attach them to a proposal so the answers travel with it.

To add an entry:

  1. Type the question — for example How many revisions are included?
  2. Type the answer the client will see.
  3. Save it to the library.

Analytics

The Analytics tab shows how your proposals are performing. Pick a time window with the buttons at the top: 30d, 90d, 180d, or 1yr.

The headline figures are:

  • Sent — how many proposals you sent in the window
  • View rate — the share of sent proposals the client opened
  • Acceptance rate — the share of sent proposals the client accepted
  • Won value — the total value of accepted proposals
  • Avg time to accept — how long, on average, a client took to accept after you sent
  • Declined — how many proposals the client declined

Below the figures, a bar chart plots Sent vs accepted by month, and a funnel breaks the same proposals down from Sent through Viewed, Accepted, Declined, and Expired.
