Pro Analytics

The three Pro-only Analytics sections — Time Tracking, Client Health, and AI Studio Usage — and how to get them.

Updated 24 June 2026

Pro Analytics is the lower part of the Analytics dashboard. It adds three sections about your team's time, your clients, and your AI Studio use. These sections are available on Pro and above.

The three sections are:

  • Time Tracking — hours logged, how much is billable, and what that time is worth
  • Client Health — a per-client view of approval speed, revisions, billing, and risk, plus project margins
  • AI Studio Usage — your AI token balance and how generations have been used

This page covers all three. The five sections everyone on a paid plan sees are on the Analytics overview.

If you do not have these sections yet

Lite plans already include all three sections — Time Tracking, Client Health, and AI Studio Usage. Only Free and lapsed plans see a single Pro Analytics card instead, which lists what the upgrade adds and shows a blurred preview behind it.

If you are on a Free or lapsed plan and see that card:

  1. Click Upgrade to Pro on the card. It opens the Billing settings page (/settings/billing).
  2. Move your studio to Pro or above.
  3. Return to Analytics. The three sections appear in place of the card.

Time Tracking

Time Tracking sums up the hours your team has logged in the chosen period.

The four cards are:

  • Total Hours — all hours logged in the period
  • Billable % — the share of those hours marked billable
  • Billable Revenue — what the billable hours are worth at their set rates
  • Entries — how many time entries were logged

Below the cards:

  • A bar chart of your top 10 projects, splitting each into billable and non-billable hours, so you can see where the time goes.
  • A Team Time table listing each member with their hours, billable percentage, and revenue.

Client Health

Client Health turns your projects and invoices into a per-client view, so you can spot which relationships need attention.

The Client Scorecard table lists each client with:

  • In Flight — projects currently live for that client
  • Avg Approval days — how long that client takes to approve work. Amber above 3 days, red above 7.
  • Revisions — how many revision rounds their work has needed. Amber above 3.
  • Billed — total billed to that client
  • Risk flag — an alert icon marks a client as at risk

A client is flagged at risk when their average approval time runs over 7 days or their revisions go over 3 in the period. The flag is a prompt to check in, not a judgement — slow approvals and heavy revisions are the two things that quietly stretch a project.

Project Profitability

Below the scorecard, a Project Profitability table compares what each project earns against what your tracked time on it costs.

Each row shows:

  • Invoice Value — what the project has been invoiced
  • Billable Cost — the cost of the billable time logged against it
  • Margin % — the gap between the two, as a percentage. Green at 50% or more, amber from 20%, red below 20%.

A red margin is your sign that a project is eating more time than it earns.

AI Studio Usage

AI Studio Usage shows your AI token balance and how generations have been spent in the chosen period.

If your studio has not generated anything yet, this section shows a short empty message instead of numbers.

Once you have used AI Studio, the section fills in.

The four cards are:

  • Tokens Used — tokens spent in the period
  • Tokens Remaining — tokens left in your balance. This card turns amber under 5,000 and red under 1,000.
  • Generations — how many generations you ran
  • Avg / Generation — average tokens per generation

A donut chart breaks your token use down by generation type, so you can see which kind of generation costs you the most.
